TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I have the right to decline a commission request.
2. I will only draw in my preferred art style.
— One character per icon (Subject to change, depending on the complexity of the Client's request)
— WILL DO: People, Fanart, OC (Other Character)
— WON'T DO: Gore, Hate, NSFW, Furry, Realism, Mecha, Complicated Designs, Detailed Backgrounds.
3. Provide visual references/detailed descriptions.
4. Commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL use only.
— Additional 50 php charge for commercial use.
— The client may post the commissioned piece as long as I am credited (Do not resell or claim my artwork as your own).
5. I have the right to include the commissioned piece in my portfolio, social media accounts, and commission sheets.
6. I have the right to report/flag your post if you:
— Edit or crop out my signature.
— Repost my work without permission or resell it.
— Claim my artwork/commissioned piece as your own.
7. No rushed orders!
— Your commissioned piece may take 2-5 days to be finished, depending on the complexity, reserved slot number, and unforeseen circumstances.
8. Maximum of "3" minor revisions (such as color palette, background accessories, etc.) are allowed per commission piece and will only be allowed during the SKETCH phase.
9 : Payment Policy!
— 50% down payment before I start.
— Full payment before I send the finished artwork via email in PNG, JPG, and/or GIF format.
— Note! : I only accept payments via GCash (Philippine Clients) or Paypal (International Clients). And will only provide my information after I confirm your slot.
— STRICTLY NO REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION.
* Should you urgently want to refund, kindly submit a formal request: stating your name/username, date and time of commissioning, and reason for refunding and/or cancelling your order via my Facebook page @byunnicake or email me at [email protected] within the first 12 hours of requesting the commission piece.
By sending me a commission message, you agree that you have read and are bound by the agreement above.
